She should first apply the perfume on a clean skin, ideally on the areas with pulse points like the wrist, neck, cleavage area, shoulder, elbow area and behind the knees. These areas pulsates which will make the test last longer and a woman will know if the fragrance is not that intense for her and at the same time, to test how long it lasts.
It is also recommended that she should try out different perfumes samples one each day. Let the scent linger on the whole day. See if it will cause any headaches or nausea. A whole day test of perfume testers is enough time to know the effects of the perfume on one’s skin. Not only with the scent but also if it will cause any irritations or allergies.
A good advise to keep when buying perfumes is that it should be tested first for you to know the true smell it has as it develops on your skin. Getting some perfume samples or using testers is one way to do so.
